ALL IS ONE
Minoan Palace of Zakros, Crete, Greece

“For the Minoan artist, all beings and things move perpetually in the same direction, but just like the celestial bodies, the seasons, and life itself, they return to the same place without stopping or disappearing. This movement forms a perfect circle, the only shape that has no beginning or end.”
Lefteris Platon, Professor of Archeology.
The Perfect Circle
The choreography and direction of Apostolia Papadamaki, embodied the concept of the perfect circle—a shape with neither beginning nor end. Through seamless movement, rhythm, and ritualistic gestures, “All Is One” captured the essence of eternal flow and interconnectedness, inviting participants to become part of this timeless cycle, uniting past and present in a dance of unending return and renewal.
An amazing artistic team contributed to making All Is One a memorable performance, with an original music score by Trifon Koutsourelis, bringing together live on stage the singer/vocalist Maria Papageorgiou and the acclaimed actor Akylas Karazisis.
Costumes by Ifigeneia Daudakand the art direction in lighting/photography of Areion Stefanidis, turned the archeological site of Zakros into a living mythical space, while the participation of local children and adults made the myths of the past more present than ever.
