The site-specific performance centered on Queen Thessalonike of Macedonia highlights her historical and mythological significance under the Direction/Choreography of Apostolia Papadamaki. The protagonist, Aliki Dourmazer along with a Chorus of 20 Women, embody timeless female struggles against power, violence, and exclusion, connecting ancient Macedonia with modern social challenges like patriarchy, gender equality, and justice
Four performances will be on October 9th and 10th, at 7 pm and 8.30 pm. Viewers are kindly requested not to carry heavy personal items, as the performance is a walking and immersive experience.
