Eleni Koulizaki/ Ancient Greek Language Tutor
Eleni–Oreithyia Koulizaki, a Philosophy graduate from the University of Patras, has been teaching Ancient Greek Language, Greek Philosophy, and Mythology to children and adults since 2009.
She has developed an innovative interactive method for teaching ancient Greek literature to children aged 5-12, emphasizing the continuity of the Greek language from antiquity to the present.
She is the author of the books Etymology with Cards (approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Cyprus), Etymological Index, and Etymology & Mythology with Cards.
She has implemented educational programs in schools, libraries, and cultural spaces across Greece and collaborates with the online channel Fryktories to analyze ancient texts and highlight archaeological topics. Additionally, she has taught Etymology and Philosophy to children through experiential lessons at the Museum of School Life and Education and has organized philosophical tours in archaeological sites.
In 2023, her teaching method was featured in a special segment on the ERT2 television program Es Avrion Ta Spoudaia(The Great of Tomorrow).
Her work aims to highlight the importance of the Greek language and philosophy, making them accessible to diverse ages and audiences.
